Stoner rock/metal with a classic rock filter with intelligence. Great song and timing structures, heavy, big catchy riffs. Vocals are in the level. This album definitely has more of an edge compared to their follow-up album, but it's not even fair to compare one album with another of the same artist when they evolve. Like everyone says, this is good, gritty, down-to-earth, hard, bluesy rock; with a touch of southern & stoner in it. ZED have a solid heavy backbone. Rhythm section is often Zeppelin-ish & vocals reminiscent of Chris Cornell or Phil Anselmo. Good album. 7.5/10. Alrihkh
